Finn Mowat founded Gamo Abodes in 2021, when he discovered the incredible world of property investment. After completing world class training to learn everything about the world of property, he set to build a portfolio. Within a year he had purchased his first property and not long after that he already had a million pound portfolio.

This purchase of a 1 bedroom terrace in Halfax, UK, was a massive 25% below market value, meaning that on a remortgage 6 months later without any renovations needed, this deal had no money left in it and our investors were promptly paid back along with their fantastic returns on their investment.
This purchase was a large large block of flats, including a commercial option in Huddersfield, UK. Using advanced financing techniques we were able to work with an investor to purchase this in sections meaning the deal did not require as much upfront investment.
